Is your programme honest?

A programme can look finished and still be a fiction. This takes two minutes. Answer seven questions about how your programme is really built and run, and get an honest read on whether it is built to finish, or built to be defended. Nothing is stored, and you do not need to leave a detail.

6. Was the programme built with the trades, or handed to them?*
7. When you lose time, what happens to the programme?*

This is a prompt for an honest conversation with yourself, not a verdict. The strongest programmes score well on every line, and the difference shows up on the handover date.
